We guarantee that all our toys meet our high standards so every KIDZ.com Toy is a "star!" Please select toys that are age-appropriate and supervise play so toys are used properly and enjoyed!
Our Return Policy
For 60 days after purchase, we will gladly take back items that are new and unused.
- Items and packaging must be in perfect condition, and suitable to be sold to another customer.
- All tags must be attached, books may not be creased, and items must be clean with no sign of wear.
With receipt or proof of purchase returns can be refunded to the original purchaser for the receipt value.
Without receipt returns are for exchange or store credit only.
Customer Return Forms must be filled out to process returns and exchanges.
Clearance items and gift-with-purchase items may not be returned or exchanged.
Items no longer listed in our system were last sold more than 60 days ago and we are not able to take them back.
Please bring your item to be returned directly to the checkout counter.

Refunds or Store Credit will be issued as soon as the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
With receipt, refunds are available to customers who bring back returnable items (see above) within 60 days of purchase. When purchases are tracked under a “Star Account” your sales history can be looked up so you won’t need the printed receipt for returns
Exchange or Credit
Without a receipt or with a gift receipt, we offer exchange or store credit only for returnable items (see above). The value of the return will be determined by the current price listed in our computer at the time of the return.
Clearance and Gift-with-Purchase items may not be exchanged or returned.
If an item is no longer in our computer system, we cannot take it back. All items remain defined in our inventory for 60 days after the date when the last of the item was sold.
All KIDZ.com Toys items are guaranteed by our suppliers to be in perfect working condition when new. If an item is defective, or does not work as advertised, we will take it back for a refund or exchange,per our Return Policies.
If a clearance item is defective, see store manager for remedy.
In some cases we are obliged to have customers contact the manufacturer directly for replacement parts or to remedy a complaint. We will always help to facilitate the process, but in some cases we are prohibited from taking back items. Examples of vendors that require direct customer contact to remedy issues are: PlasmaCar, Bruder, Ravensburger, and Lego. Return limitations are usually, but not always, stated on packaging.
Please communicate directly with the manufacturer to take advantage of warranties.
